How my customer can update his credit card detail if a subscription re-bill charge has failed ?

If a customer card gets declined on a re-bill charge then Funnelair will notify your customer and a link to update his card information will be sent as well. the page that your customer sees will look something like this:


  • The page provides so much information about subscriptions so they can recognize it easily.
  • When the customer successfully updates his card on file we will reattempt to collect the re-bill charge.
